You have the right to request deletion of the personal data Parlaysito holds about you, including any data received via Facebook or Google sign-in. This page explains exactly what we delete, what we retain, and how to submit your request.
When you request full account deletion, we remove the following personal identifiers from our systems within 30 days:
Certain records are kept in anonymized or aggregate form as required by our ledger integrity obligations:
None of the retained data can be used to identify you personally after deletion.
If you signed in via Facebook, Parlaysito received only your name and email address from Facebook at the time of sign-in. We do not store your Facebook user ID, profile picture, friends list, or any other Facebook data.
To remove the data Facebook shared with us, follow the steps below. You can also revoke Parlaysito's access directly from your Facebook settings at Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites — this prevents future logins but does not delete data already stored with us. Use the instructions below for full deletion.
Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and send it from the email address associated with your Parlaysito account (or the email you used to sign in via Facebook/Google).
Provide your Parlaysito username and the email address linked to your account. If you signed in via Facebook or Google, mention that in your request.
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a final confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
