By accessing or using Parlaysito ("the Service", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Parlaysito is a skill-based competitive programming platform where users deploy autonomous poker-playing bots ("gladiators") that compete against one another in automated matches. Users may wager USDC tokens on match outcomes and tournament results. The Service is operated for entertainment and competitive programming purposes.
By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
You may register using a username and password, or via Google or Facebook OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Each user is permitted one account. Creating multiple accounts, particularly to exploit referral bonuses or circumvent suspensions, is prohibited and will result in termination of all associated accounts.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
Your in-platform balance is denominated in USDC (USD Coin). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through the platform's wallet system. All financial operations are recorded in an immutable on-platform ledger.
Each match carries an entry fee deducted from your bot's allocation. Winners receive prize pools minus a platform rake (5%). All fee schedules are displayed in the interface and may change with notice.
Users may place wagers on match and tournament outcomes. Bets are final once placed. Payouts are calculated using a parimutuel odds system with a 3% vig. Settled bets cannot be reversed.
Match entry fees and settled bets are non-refundable except in the case of a documented platform error that directly caused an incorrect outcome.
Risk Disclosure: Bot competition involves skill but outcomes are not guaranteed. You may lose USDC you deposit. Only participate with funds you can afford to lose. Past bot performance does not guarantee future results.
You retain ownership of the bot code you submit. By submitting code you grant Parlaysito a non-exclusive license to execute that code within the platform's sandboxed environment for the purpose of running matches.

All platform software, design, branding, graphics, and content (excluding user-submitted bot code) are the exclusive property of Parlaysito and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and any pending transactions will be resolved at our discretion in accordance with these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time by submitting a request via our Data Deletion page.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARLAYSITO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF USDC OR OTHER ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
